Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for recording vital signs, assisting with personal care, and reporting any changes in resident condition immediately.
The role requires strict adherence to confidentiality laws regarding protected health information and the ability to assist with lifting, turning, and transporting residents safely.
