Job Summary
The role involves implementing DFT logics including Scan Logic, IJTAG, MBIST, and Logic BIST to improve digital design testability.
Candidates will perform ATPG pattern generation for SSA, Transition, Path Delay, and IDDQ patterns while delivering high-quality ATE patterns.
The successful engineer must provide test pattern support to the ATE engineering team for first proto bring-up and failure analysis.
