Job Summary

• Serve as a key strategic partner and important voice within the business, providing essential legal advice and support on commercial initiatives and debit transactions for the Pulse Network and Discover Network.
• Provide expert counsel and strategic guidance on commercial contracting, debit products (including regulatory overlays like Durbin and Reg. II), and Pulse ATM products and global network footprint.
• Partner collaboratively with other internal counsel and business teams across the enterprise, as well as Risk and Compliance teams, to ensure comprehensive support.

• Juris Doctor from accredited law school
• Active member of at least one state bar
• 6+ years attorney experience
• 7+ years attorney experience preferred
• Experience with card issuance processes preferred
