Job Summary

  • Manage the month-end close and consolidation process, including preparation and review of consolidation adjustments.
  • Support the accounting for consolidation matters, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation in accordance with US GAAP.
  • Support SEC and regulatory filings by preparing consolidated financial data, schedules, and supporting documentation.
