Job Summary

  • Prudential’s CTO organization is hiring a Technical Lead to develop and drive the product vision and strategy as one of the closest people in the business to the customer.
  • The Director will collaborate to manage the design, development and operations of the company identity solutions, working closely with the Information Security Office and Architecture teams on overall architecture and strategy decisions.

  • Ability to manage multiple engagements in fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading Agile development teams
