Job Summary

• The role will be responsible for the management of the Claims Law Firm and Claim Vendor function for AIG North America business, focusing on establishing and managing all Claim Law Firm/Vendor Panels.
• Key responsibilities include managing the NAM Law Firm/Vendor Management team, maintaining strategic relationships with targeted law firms, and overseeing the eBilling process and review of Law Firm / Vendor billing.
