Job Summary

  • This role serves as the primary internal expert on Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) regulation and Commodity Exchange Act (CEA) compliance for Kraken's US derivatives business.
  • The successful candidate will own regulatory relationships and compliance posture across a Designated Contract Market, Derivatives Clearing Organization, and Futures Commission Merchant.
  • Candidates must partner directly with product teams to chart clear, defensible paths to launch novel derivatives products including perpetual futures and options.
