Key Requirements
7+ years extrusion operations leadership experience
10+ years multi-press extrusion preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma/GED required

Strong knowledge of extrusion press and die practices
Experience with quench processes preferred
Solid understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
