Job Summary
Serve as a primary trainer for the Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS), Social Services Specialists, Social Services Assistants, and Supervisors/Experts, including classroom training, simulation training, and the Division Information Management System training.
Provide individual consultation with new workers regarding knowledge and skill development and assist DCFS supervisors in identifying and meeting workers’ training needs.
Collect and maintain required training data and documentation related to training participants and outcomes, and assist with ongoing curricula revisions and the development of new curricula as requested.
