Job Summary

  • Serve as a primary trainer for the Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS), Social Services Specialists, Social Services Assistants, and Supervisors/Experts, including classroom training, simulation training, and the Division Information Management System training.
  • Provide individual consultation with new workers regarding knowledge and skill development and assist DCFS supervisors in identifying and meeting workers’ training needs.
  • Collect and maintain required training data and documentation related to training participants and outcomes, and assist with ongoing curricula revisions and the development of new curricula as requested.
