  • Communicate orders and information between the front of house and back of house while making sure that food is cooked in correct order, efficiently and presented correctly to guest.
  • Responsible for safety standards, neatness and sanitation of work areas and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen including shelves, walls, floors and drains.
  • Participates as a team player with specific responsibilities as related to preparation, excellent service and delivery of product.
