Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for identifying the skills, knowledge, and mindsets required for the Commercial department to achieve business goals through targeted training and workshops.
  • The incumbent must leverage Generative AI and data analytics to drive efficient training delivery, measure impact via KPIs, and lead a PDCA cycle for continuous improvement.
  • The position requires deep collaboration with Business Unit leaders, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Global L&D teams to co-create and implement localized training strategies.
