Job Summary
This role is responsible for identifying the skills, knowledge, and mindsets required for the Commercial department to achieve business goals through targeted training and workshops.
The incumbent must leverage Generative AI and data analytics to drive efficient training delivery, measure impact via KPIs, and lead a PDCA cycle for continuous improvement.
The position requires deep collaboration with Business Unit leaders, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Global L&D teams to co-create and implement localized training strategies.
