Job Summary

• The Team Leader acts as a guardian of standards by enforcing strict adherence to EHS guidelines, SAP integrity, and quality requirements through daily SQDC walks.
• This role combines hands-on materials work with leadership responsibilities to drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost performance within the Global Supply Chain Organization.
• The successful candidate will lead continuous improvement through Kaizen activities, maintain training matrices, and coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow.
