Skills & Requirements
Must-have
assemble electrical cables and wire harnesses
read and interpret engineering drawings
use hand tools and soldering equipment
perform electrical continuity checks
follow IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship standards
maintain clean and safe work area
Nice-to-have
experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing
familiarity with ESD-controlled environments
support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing
ability to work independently and in a team
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years cable or electro-mechanical assembly experience
ability to read detailed drawings and assembly instructions
proficiency with hand tools and multimeter
IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification or ability to obtain
experience in ISO- or AS9100-certified environment
