Job Summary

• Responsible for carrying out set plans and leading department activities such as huddles and coordination of labor during their shift to ensure all hospital areas are safe, orderly and in sanitary condition in the absence of the supervisor.
• Cleans and disinfects patient rooms, floors, offices, conference rooms, equipment, furniture, common areas, and waiting rooms following hospital-approved infection prevention standards.
• Collaborates with multiple departments to ensure patient and department priorities are met day-to-day that result in the safest outcomes for our patients and customers.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• Experience working with the cleaning equipment and chemicals used in hospitals and healthcare centers 2-3 years required
• Class D Passenger Vehicle Driver's License preferred
• Pest Control Technician [Massachusetts License] preferred
