Skills & Requirements
Must-have
HVAC system maintenance and repair
Electrical and plumbing repairs
Building automation systems knowledge
Preventive and repair maintenance work
Use of CMMS systems such as Corrigo
Safety procedures and hazard assessments
Valid state driver’s license
Nice-to-have
Team supervision and performance monitoring
Technical evaluations and reporting
Experience with packaged HVAC equipment
Strong computer skills including Excel and Word
Defensive driving practice

Key Requirements
High school diploma minimum
Two years trades schooling in electrical design, refrigeration, HVAC
Minimum six years technical and supervisory building engineering experience
Universal CFC recovery certification
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb 30 ft ladders
Pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
