Job Summary

  • This individual will lead the integration of reliability & robustness in New Product Development as well as drive warranty reduction task force using structured approach problem solving.
  • Champion customer quality by ensuring timely containment, root cause resolution, and communication of field and customer-reported issues.
  • Provide hands on coaching and training on PFMEA, Control Plans & manufacturing APQP and lead the manufacturing team on a structured approach to problem solving utilizing 8D and Six Sigma disciplines.
