The National Sales Director (DNV) is responsible for implementing Diageo France's commercial strategy across the entire CHR (Café, Hotel, Restaurant) sector, ensuring the performance of the sales force, excellence in execution, and profitability of field operations.
Key responsibilities include defining and deploying national sales strategy, managing regional teams (regional directors, sales representatives, RAMs, and promoters), and ensuring the excellence of brand execution in all points of sale.
The role requires close collaboration with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Finance, RGM, Supply, and CR departments to ensure commercial plan coherence and contribute to strategic thinking on commercial model transformation.
