Key Requirements
Graduate from accredited nursing school
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
3 years nursing experience
2 years care management or home health experience
Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice
Basic Life Support Certification within 60 days
Valid multi-state RN license allowed in Wisconsin
Work Rights
Registered Nurse license in state of practice required
