  • Supports the Molding Manufacturing Unit's primary objectives, with proven ability to identify problems and execute corrective action plans to resolve gaps to achieving goals, with specific focus in areas of process effectiveness and equipment efficiencies.

Key Requirements

  • 5 years of work experience in a molding environment preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Molding related subject or other Engineering fields
  • Associates Engineering degree with comparable certifications or training programs in injection molding processing/technology
  • Master Molder I, or higher
  • Mold press maintenance and troubleshooting experience
  • Injection molding process development experience
  • Hydraulic and servo-controlled core-pull systems knowledge
  • Mold temperature controller programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance
