Job Summary

  • As a member of the HR Transformation Team, the HR Data Product Manager is accountable for the definition, prioritization, championing, and, most importantly, delivery of trusted, high-value HR data products that enable strategic workforce decisions and operational excellence across McCormick.
  • This role operates at the intersection of HR, Data & Analytics, and Technology — working in close partnership with Transformation & Technology (including Data & Analytics, Data Governance, Information Security, and Technology teams) and GBS (including Automation and Data Science & Engineering teams).
  • The HR Data Product Manager connects people, platforms, and processes to establish a trusted, intelligent, and connected HR data foundation that supports enterprise workforce strategy, talent management, organizational effectiveness, compliance, and long-term growth.
