The Oncology Pharmacy Coordinator serves as a key liaison across clinical, operational, and technical teams to support high quality oncology pharmacy services across the Illinois and Wisconsin divisions.
Responsibilities include managing protocol updates, ensuring accuracy and clinical appropriateness of Epic Beacon and Willow builds, supporting BMT and cellular therapy workflows, and participating in scheduled site rounding to promote consistency, safety, and effective communication across locations.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years oncology clinical practice or PGY-2 oncology pharmacy residency
BCOP certified
Licensed in the state(s) of practice or eligible for reciprocity

Completion of pharmacy residency training or equivalent experience
