Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years Employee Relations experience
Conducting sensitive confidential investigations
Knowledge of federal state employment laws
Managing ADA and pregnancy accommodation requests
Experience with harassment discrimination cases
Nice-to-have
Healthcare industry experience preferred
Coaching and mentoring ER partners
Strong data analytics and visualization skills
Experience with labor contract interpretation
Proactive root cause analysis capabilities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years in Employee Relations or HR Business Partner role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
