This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure and contribute to the R&D engine that drives our company's biopharmaceutical business.
The incumbent will manage a team of financial professionals, supporting clinical cost forecasting and analytics, supporting clients and clinical sub-teams, conducting monthly close activities, tracking of actuals, and ensuring compliance for clinical out of pocket (OOP) spending, and external engagement with collaboration partners.
The salary range for this role is $129,000.00 - $203,100.00.

Key Requirements
Bachelors in Business, Finance, Science or Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of operations or Finance experience
MBA or other Masters/PhD in Business, Finance, Science or Engineering
Excellent analytical skills
Strong financial acumen
Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a challenging and complex environment
Excellent communications skills
Strong system skills especially working with SAP, PowerBI, BPC, and MS Excel
