Salary
Base: $99,000 - $131,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Highly competitive equity grants included; Benefits: Top-tier benefits package available at little to no cost

3+ years electromechanical hardware experience
Design for Manufacturability (DFM) expertise
MBOM and work instruction documentation
Production line optimization and scaling
Supplier sourcing and vendor management
Nice-to-have
Aircraft program or aerospace background
Software scripting experience in any language
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards
Culture of innovation and accountability
