Must-have
Windows Server administration
Cloud platforms AWS and Azure
Virtualization technologies VMware and Hyper-V
Backup and disaster recovery systems
ITSM tools like ServiceNow
Scripting and automation skills
Nice-to-have
Experience in GxP/FDA regulated environment
Strong documentation and technical writing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
SAS based systems maintenance experience
Problem-solving abilities
