Job Summary

  • This role serves as the architect and integrator of operational excellence, aligning site execution, data, technology, and financial outcomes to deliver Winland's Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • The Senior Director will have full responsibility for safety, quality, service, cost, and people across Winland's Condiments manufacturing network, leading several high-volume plants.
