Job Summary
Responsible for performing complex work under limited supervision in support of driving the performance of vendor partners through research, process audit, performance oversight and analysis of data for the Operations Division.
Continually and proactively monitor vendor operations performance to ensure targets are met consistently.
Communicates and collaborates with vendor stakeholders as needed to ensure quality calibration, communication of critical process changes and ensure overall Blue Cross exceptional customer experience.
