This role supports the Shift Leader by providing hands-on leadership and technical guidance to ensure safe and efficient operations at an advanced automated picking solution site.
The position involves coordinating daily workflows, resolving technical issues, and acting as the first point of leadership during outages to restore system performance quickly.
Candidates will benefit from permanent full-time employment, a rotating 12-hour roster, five weeks of annual leave, and exposure to cutting-edge automation technology.
