Job Summary

  • Principal point of contact for the day to day operational relationship with the assigned CMO(s); establishing effective GSK and CMO relationships, ways of working, communication channels and governance structure in alignment with Differentiated Oversight.
  • Drive adherence to the MSA, QAA and SLA agreements with suppliers, rigorously following the designed operating rhythm, with periodic KPI revision and continuous improvement initiatives as per the applicable contracts/ agreements.
