The role requires active participation in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures as well as leading the facility's quality assurance program for the nursing service department.
You will be responsible for ensuring sufficient staffing levels, delegating authority to charge nurses, and conducting daily rounds to verify that all personnel are performing according to acceptable nursing standards.
