Base: $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Short-term cash incentives subject to plan requirements; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, Paid Time Off, Tuition Assistance
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree with 4 years HVAC experience
5 years leading skilled professional teams
3 years delivering HVAC technical training
Hands-on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Willing to travel up to 50% domestically
Nice-to-have
Experience presenting strategic topics to senior leadership
Strong working knowledge of go-to-market strategies
Ability to resolve conflicts in high-pressure environments
Experience with warranty data and quality improvement
Self-motivated in fast-paced dynamic environment
