Job Summary
You will have the opportunity to coordinate and facilitate the development, implementation, and successful onboarding of digital solutions.
You will be mainly accountable for MES System Implementation & New Function Development, including leading the introduction, custom development and deployment of MES systems for new production lines.
You will also oversee daily MES operation and maintenance and troubleshooting, build an MES O&M team, and provide MES operation training and technical guidance for key users.

Must-have
MES system development and implementation
Discrete manufacturing background
Production, material, quality management
Siemens, Camstar, Rockwell, Dingjie MES products
Full MES project lifecycle experience
MES configuration and custom development
Fluent in written and spoken English
Nice-to-have
Industrial automation fundamentals knowledge
Cross-system interface development experience
Proactive and self-motivated
Clear logical thinking
Key Requirements
3-5 years in-house MES system development or implementation experience
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering or related fields
