Job Summary
Develop Defect inspection strategies and deploy inspection recipes to enable aggressive learning, including optimization for DOI capture, throughput, tool utilization, manufacturability, and cost of ownership.
Drive technical projects to improve variability and overall yield, create and execute Design of Experiments (DOE), analyze data, and communicate results with recommendations.
