Job Summary
This role supports day-to-day Ocean, Air, and Road Freight operations including shipment planning and haulage arrangements.
The candidate will be responsible for handling Import and Export shipments and documentation from A to Z while building rapport with customers.
The position requires close collaboration with internal departments, sales teams, and overseas agents to ensure timely delivery and billing.
