Drives retail business operations at a Retail Store location for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities, to help fund the Goodwill mission of ending unemployment.
Ensures payroll costs and operating costs are managed to budget.

Salary
Starting Pay :$70,000.00 Annual; Bonus/Equity: eligible for a monthly bonus, based on performance goals once training is completed; Benefits: comprehensive Total Rewards package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, EAP, PTO, Paid Holidays

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two years' work experience in Retail Management
One-year customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid drivers’ license and clean MVR
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
