Lead estimating service delivery
Produce Class 5 to Class 1 estimates
Develop high performing team
Advanced understanding of methods of measurement
Strong stakeholder management skills
Subject matter expert in cost advisory

Adaptable to multiple sectors and disciplines
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Work Experience
Chartership with or working towards RICS, ICE, AACE, ACostE or similar
Strong understanding of contingency and risk allowances
Wider understanding of commercial and contractual requirements
Deep knowledge of indirect costs and cost breakdown structures
