Job Summary
This role is part of the Maintenance Team supporting Johnson & Johnson's clinical manufacturing and R&D lab operations in Springhouse and Malvern, PA.
The technician ensures compliant, accurate, and timely completion of preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for complex assets including robots, cryo systems, and vial fillers.
Upon hire, the position focuses on starting up the existing Car-T lab project before transitioning to support ongoing asset management under the Automation Team Lead.

Key Requirements
At least 10 years hands-on multi-craft maintenance experience
At least 5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing or lab equipment
Solid experience in GxPs and FDA regulations
Working knowledge of SAP and CMMS best practices
Ability to read P&IDs, electrical schematics, and SOPs
