Must-have

  • 2-4 years technical experience in building mechanical systems
  • Universal EPA 608 Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Daily inspections of HVAC equipment, chillers, and cooling systems
  • Monitoring critical parameters like temperatures, pressures, and flow rates
  • Executing preventive maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment
  • Working knowledge of CMMS systems for work order management
  • Physical ability to lift 50-80 pounds and work at heights

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in data center or critical facility environments
  • Liebert equipment experience with CRAC/CRAH systems
  • Familiarity with building automation systems
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Associate degree in mechanical technology or HVAC engineering
  • Completion of trades school or apprenticeship program
  • Previous experience with computerized maintenance management systems
