Key Requirements

• Master’s degree with five or more years of relevant experience
• Fifteen years of experience as a technical lead
• Ten years of software development experience in Agile/DevOps
• Certified Agile Professional/CSM Certification/Professional Scrum Master level II or better
• Strong understanding of PII and PMI protection
• Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes
• Extensive knowledge of NIST 800-53 controls and ATO processes
• Demonstrated leadership of technical teams of ten or more
• U.S. citizenship required
• Ability to obtain a Secret Trust Security Clearance
• Requires separate, quiet, private, confidential space to work from
