Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in complaint management or medical device investigation
Knowledge of ISO 13485, MPG, 21 CFR 820 QSR
Experience with development, production, and service processes
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic experience with CAQ systems (ideally Trackwise/QTRAK)
