The Planning Manager is responsible for building and leading a scalable, data-driven planning function that ensures backlog execution, production alignment, shipment forecasting, and operational readiness across a high mix manufacturing environment.
This role owns planning system maturity, capacity modeling, ERP discipline, backlog segmentation, and cross-functional execution alignment to enable on-time delivery, working capital control, and sustainable growth.
The Planning Manager installs and maintains structure, visibility, and accountability into the planning process while executing proactively, and ensuring planning sophistication scales ahead of business growth and demand volatility.

Key Requirements

Proven ability to lead and develop teams
Project leadership experience (ERP, systems, or process implementation)
