The Unit Quality Leader is responsible for monitoring and improving operations within their perimeter, ensuring the control and certification of aircraft operations according to airworthiness requirements.
In collaboration with the Operations Unit Leader, the Unit Quality Leader drives performance within their scope and ensures the achievement of key operational objectives such as employee safety, product safety, compliance and quality, on-time delivery, workload/staffing/skills adequacy, production cost convergence, and absenteeism management.
