• A Project Manager plays a critical role in driving delivery, coordination, and execution across analytical initiatives within the Actuarial Strategic Modeling (ASM) organization.
• This individual is responsible for preparing clear, leadership-ready materials that summarize progress, risks, decisions, and impacts, and for facilitating effective communication between technical teams and end users.
• Success in this role requires the ability to work independently, manage complexity, and drive outcomes through influence, communication, and follow-through in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

• Minimum 3 years project management experience
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Demonstrated ability to drive accountability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting Agile delivery teams
• Working knowledge of software delivery practices
• Experience preparing leadership-facing materials
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• 5 to 7 years project management experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Experience in insurance or regulated environments (strongly preferred)
• Experience supporting analytic model development (preferred)
