Key Requirements

  • 3 – 10 years of experience in Project management / Project Coordination
  • Degree in business administration, or a related field required
  • Experience in Real Estate Valuations or Capital Markets is an advantage
  • Exposure to General Business Management and Business Analysis
  • Experience coordinating Business Performance Improvement and Transformation projects
  • Exposure to Business/Corporate Strategy
  • Knowledgeable in all phases of the project management life cycle
  • Strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
  • Knowledge of SaaS/Project Management platforms (Monday.com, Microsoft Project, MS Teams)
  • Experience with stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
