Job Summary

  • Learn to develop production, qualification and characterization test programs for RF/mixed signal connectivity devices on state of the art Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).
  • Help debug design and process related yield and performance problems and learn to develop new DFT concepts and test techniques to improve test efficiency and reduce cost of test.
  • Work in close collaboration with Design, Validation, Systems Engineering teams as well as your Test Engineering mentor to help ramp new devices to production.
