Key Requirements

  • PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from accredited college
  • Current state licensure as Registered Pharmacist (RPh)
  • Completion of Health-system Pharmacy Administration and Leadership (HSPAL) PGY2 Residency OR PGY1/PGY2 residency plus one year experience OR three years relevant experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification if administering immunizations
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification if responding to arrests
