Directs and coordinates all manufacturing activities and programs within the Engineering area, responsible for participating in the development and implementation of transfer plans.
Manages and works on problems of diverse scope where data analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors; selects methods and techniques for troubleshooting.
Provides a leadership role in the development and implementation of worldclass manufacturing standards (TAI, JAI, CFM) and fosters relationships by influencing the entire organization to unify criteria.

8-10 years experience in Operations/Manufacturing
3+ years managerial experience
