Key Requirements

  • University Degree and minimum 12 years relevant experience or Advanced Degree and minimum 10 years experience
  • Ability to travel 20% as required
  • Supply Chain experience in aerospace or regulated manufacturing
  • Strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation
  • Understanding of machining commodities and manufacturing processes
  • People leader experience
  • Influencing senior stakeholders
