The Senior Compliance Officer will act as a trusted adviser and leader supporting compliance matters specifically for the New Zealand business, including AML, data protection, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements
Over 5-6 years compliance experience
Professional compliance qualification (e.g. ACAMS)
Knowledge of FMC Act, AML, KYC, FATCA, CRS regulations
Designated AML and Privacy Officer capability
Experience with compliance in New Zealand jurisdiction
