  • LSVT BIG certified professional
  • Four years of COTA experience preferred

Key Requirements

  • Associate in Applied Science Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Two years of COTA experience required
  • Certified by NBCOT or eligible within one month
  • Licensed by Arkansas State Medical Board as OTA
  • Proof of legal authority to work in US
